- 2 Inboden’s own Pepper Jack stuffed chicken breasts
- 1 package of Vigo Cilantro Lime rice
- 1 Package Fillo’s Puerto Rican pink beans
Prep Time: 5 minutes
cooking Time: 25 – 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray an oven safe glass dish with cooking spray. Place Inboden’s Own Pepper Jack Encrusted chicken breast in dish, then in oven. Cook for 20-22 minutes from thawed, 30-35 minutes from frozen. In a medium sauce pan with a tight fitting lid, bring 2 C of water to a boil. Add 2 T of butter or olive oil ( optional) and contents of rice package. Stir for one minute, cover, and reduce to a simmer. Cook rice for 20-25 minutes. To cook beans, place in a small saucepan, and simmer for 5 minutes, or follow microwave directions on package.
