• 1/4 lb Inboden’s Own all natural Pastrami
  • 1 loaf Inboden’s Own Marble Rye Bread
  • 1/2 C smoked mozzarella, shredded
  • Sauerkraut
  • 1000 island dressing
  • Salted Butter

Preheat electric griddle to 325 degrees. Butter marble rye, place on griddle. on each slice, spread 1/2T of 1000 island dressing, then sprinkle smoked Mozzarella on bread. Place pastrami on grill. Place sauerkraut on grill. Cook pastrami and sauerkraut for 2 minute, flip and continue cooking for 3 more minutes. Place pastrami and sauerkraut on top of melted cheese, remove from griddle. Let sit for 1 minute and enjoy.
